Here’s the thing: I’m really looking for more than just the name of the place. If you recognize it, you’ve probably been there. What did ‘ya think? How long ago were you there? Was it business or recreational travel? Details would help us “bond” — wouldn’t that be nice?

I’ve been there twice! The first time I was in Lucerne was 2000, I was touring Europe with some of my friends from college. I was there again in 2005 with my wife and some friends. I love that bridge and the artwork inside. Lucerne is one of my favorite places in the world! Great picture.

Did you know the Kapellbrucke burned a few years back? Around 1993. It’d been restored before you guys got there. They weren’t able to restore all the paintings, just a few.
